Mark Bain Constructions (MBC) is a locally owned and operated business on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
Company Director Mark Bain has lived and worked in Noosa for over 35 years and is a second generation builder in the region. Having served his apprenticeship on the Sunshine Coast he began building in 1976 and launched his own construction business in 1987. Through decades of local knowledge, Mark has gained a unique and valuable perspective into building for the local environment.
For more than 20 years, the MBC team has been building residential homes and commercial properties along the South-East and Central Coast of Queensland.
In 2011 we set up a Gladstone office in Central Queensland. Not even 2 years on and we are about to start our 200th build in Gladstone. Our house and land products of Gladstone suit the investor with rapid build times on quality investment properties in one of Australia's booming towns. We are currently completing our second housing project of 56 with Santos due for completion in May 2013.
